How a coupon code works
To use a code, enter it in the field provided for this purpose in your cart, before validating the order. The code applies immediately and the discount is visible in the order summary. Discounts are always calculated on the price of the items.
General conditions
- Codes are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined with other codes, unless expressly indicated otherwise;
- A coupon code cannot be used to obtain a cash refund or to settle an order that has already been paid;
- The validity of a code is checked at the time the order is confirmed;
- Vanterra reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time;
- In the event of abuse, fraud or abnormal use of a code, the order may be refused or cancelled, without prejudice to our other rights;
- Gift sets and bundles are sold at a fixed price and do not benefit from any coupon code or promotion, unless expressly indicated otherwise;
- The specific conditions of a particular promotion (duration, products concerned, minimum spend) are stated on the promotion banner.
Flash sales and automatic promotions
Some promotions are applied automatically to eligible products, without entering a code. Where an automatic promotion could be combined with a coupon code, the discount most advantageous to you is automatically applied. Discounts are never stacked.
Minimum spend and caps
Some codes are subject to a minimum spend, stated in the promotion conditions. Usage limits may also apply, for example a maximum number of uses per customer, per email address, per telephone number or per device. These limits are set by Vanterra for each code, in order to prevent fraud and abuse.
Cancelling an order that used a code
When an order that benefited from a coupon code is cancelled at your request, the usage quota for that code is automatically released so that other customers may benefit from it.
Fair pricing commitment
Vanterra applies a loyal and transparent pricing policy. In the event of manifest abuse of a promotional benefit intended to obtain a reduction by artificial means, the order may be cancelled and the accounts concerned suspended.
