Customer Reviews & Moderation

1. Who can post a review?

Only a customer who has actually purchased the product concerned may post a review. An invitation to review is sent by email once the order has been delivered, via a personal, secure link.

One review may be posted per order line. The rating ranges from one to five stars.

2. Moderation before publication

Reviews are published only after validation by Vanterra. Moderation does not constitute an endorsement and does not alter the substance of a review. A review is not published if it:

• contains insults, threats or defamatory or discriminatory remarks;
• contains personal data concerning third parties, in particular names, contact details or addresses;
• is unrelated to the product concerned;
• advertises a competing product or service;
• relates to a purchase that cannot be verified.

Where a review is not published, we may contact you to clarify its content. Reviews awaiting validation are flagged as such in your personal area.

3. Independence of reviewers

Reviews are not incentivised: no gift, discount or other benefit is offered in exchange for a review, and no review is ever expected in exchange for a positive rating. The rating displayed is the arithmetic average of all published reviews of the product.

4. Personal data

When you post a review, the rating, comment and date are published alongside your first name and the initial of your last name. The link sent to you to leave a review is personal and must not be forwarded.

You may at any time request the removal of your review by writing to support@vanterraglobal.com. We will remove it within 30 days and will stop displaying your name alongside it.
