Article 2 — Purpose and acceptance
Access to and use of the Site are subject to acceptance, without reservation, of these Terms of Use. The customer declares to have read and accepted them when creating their account or on first visit.
Article 3 — Site access
The Site is freely accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure. The seller cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Article 4 — Customer account
Creating an account is free of charge. The customer undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information. They are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for any improper use of their account.
The seller reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that breaches these Terms of Use, in particular in cases of fraud, attempted fraud, the creation of multiple accounts for abusive purposes, or any unlawful activity.
The customer may at any time request deletion of their account, which erases their personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations for accounting, tax or evidentiary purposes.
Article 5 — Order process
The customer may build a cart of their choice from the Site, place an order and pay using the methods offered in Article 7 of the Terms of Sale. Updating the cart or browsing the Site never constitutes a commitment to purchase.
Article 6 — Customer reviews
Customers may post a review on a product provided they have purchased it. Reviews are subject to moderation and are published only after validation by the seller. The seller reserves the right not to publish a review, in particular if it contains abusive, defamatory or discriminatory remarks, is off-topic, or is contrary to the order experience. The detailed arrangements are set out on the "Customer Reviews & Moderation" page.
The customer may at any time withdraw their review.
Article 7 — Published content
The seller publishes blog articles on the Site for information purposes only. Such content does not constitute medical, legal or aesthetic advice. Any products mentioned remain subject to the usual availability conditions.
Any product request may be sent to the seller via the dedicated form. Sending a request imposes no obligation to buy, sell or order on the customer.
Article 8 — Intellectual property
All elements of the Site — general structure, texts, photographs, visuals, logos and icons — are the exclusive property of the seller or are subject to a use authorisation. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Article 9 — Personal data
Personal data collected when using the Site is processed in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain the purposes pursued, the legal bases, the retention periods and how to exercise your rights.
Article 10 — Liability
Use of the Site is the sole responsibility of the customer. The seller shall not be liable for direct loss resulting from use of the Site or inability to access it, save in the case of gross or intentional misconduct on its part.
The seller is exempt from all liability in the event of force majeure, network outage, host failure, or any other event beyond its control making use of the Site impossible.
Article 11 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are subject to Beninese law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought with customer service. Failing agreement, the courts of Cour de Commerce de Cotonou shall have sole jurisdiction.
