1. Subscribing
Subscribing to the newsletter is free and optional. It is done via the form at the bottom of every page of the Site, by providing your email address and ticking the agreement box for this policy and the Privacy Policy.
An existing Vanterra account is required to subscribe. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one from the registration page.
2. Newsletter content
The newsletter informs you of new arrivals, current promotions, flash sales and articles from our blog. It is sent on an occasional basis; we do not undertake to send at any minimum frequency.
Communications relating to your orders (confirmation, invoice, dispatch, tracking) are not commercial prospecting: they are necessary for performance of the contract and are sent to you independently of your newsletter subscription.
3. Your consent
Your subscription is based on your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, obtained by ticking the box referred to above. You may withdraw this consent at any time and without having to justify yourself.
4. Unsubscribing
You may stop receiving our communications at any time:
- From your account, by switching off the newsletter option in your settings;
- Via the unsubscribe link at the foot of each newsletter;
- By writing to support@vanterraglobal.com with the words "unsubscribe newsletter".
Your unsubscribe request is recorded immediately. You may also use the single-use unsubscribe link at the bottom of each send.
5. Protecting your data
Your email address is used solely to send commercial communications. It is neither sold, rented nor transferred to third parties. The conditions for processing your data are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
6. Objection
In accordance with Beninese rules on direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time, without having to give reasons.
